- Wash surface. Avoid cleaners containing alcohol or abrasives. Stickers will adhere to any generally flat surface, including walls, windows, and door panels.
- Temporarily position the sticker in the desired location.
- Peel off the backing. This is the stiff paper behind the sticker. You will be left with the image, and the sticky see-through tape.
- Position the sticker and tape in the desired location. Do this starting at one end, and working in one direction to avoid creases or large bubbles. Rub with a pop stick as you go.
- When done, bend back one corner of the tape and slowly peel it off at a 45 degree angle. Go slowly and make sure the vinyl sticker stays on the surface, and doesn't stick to the tape. Use the stick to rub down if the vinyl starts to come up.
- Smooth over any creases or bubbles with the stick. Often, small bubbles will form immediately. These usually go away in a day or so.
To remove, place a fingernail under a corner and pull it away. If you have any resistance, warm with a hair dryer on low.
